2. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI information on our servers.

3. Delivery Policy

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-7 business days. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier availability.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are accepted only in case of:

• Damaged or defective books received.
• Wrong product delivery.

For other concerns, customers must contact the store owner at +91-7773889823 for review. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
