Return & Refund Policy – GPH Books

At GPH Books, we want your shopping experience to be clear and trustworthy. Returns are accepted only in the case of a wrong product delivery or a damaged/defective product, and must be requested within 10 days from the date of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is wrong or damaged/defective on arrival.
  • The return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Please provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or wrong item to help us process your request quickly.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for reasons such as "ordered by mistake", "no longer needed", or general dissatisfaction. Books showing signs of use or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at gphbookstore@gmail.com with:
    • Your Order ID
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos or a video showing the wrong or damaged product
  2. We will review your request within 24–48 hours and reply with next steps.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange pickup.

4. Refund / Replacement

- A replacement will be provided if the same product is available.

- No cash refunds. Refunds are processed only to the original payment method or as store credit—no physical cash will be provided.

- Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless the issue is due to our error (wrong item or damaged on arrival).

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — you may request a return only if the delivered product is wrong or damaged.
